KOKO B Kulture is not responsible for any parcels that are late or lost in the mail, Once your parcel leaves our office the responsibility is given to the postal service, please contact your postal service with the tracking number provided on your order. If parcel is “returned to sender” due to the wrong address, there will be a postage fee at customer expense to re-send parcel to correct address.
Please note we are also not responsible for lost parcels due to wrong address on your Paypal account and at checkout.
If your Parcel is “Returned to Sender” due to the wrong address, there will be a re- direction fee at customers expense.

We only post within Australia and New Zealand at this present moment
Orders will be posted within 2-3 business days once payment is received.
Orders can take  up to 7-10 business days once dispatch from the Gold Coast headquarters for standard postage, Australia wide
and 1-3 Express Postage, Australia wide.
Orders will be posted by Australia post in a satchel and all parcels will be tracked.



Please note, We do not refund for change of mind, in this instance, we are more than happy to exchange for another product.
Your item will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase date, you will need to contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your parcel, with your name, contact number, order number and reason for returning your item.
Customers are responsible for return postage fees and we highly recommend you get tracking for your parcel as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your parcel.


Our policy is to return goods within 14 days of sale. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Goods that are exempt from being returned at all are our socks, they cannot be returned or refunded, due to hygiene.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, and we haven’t been contacted within 7 days of receiving goods.
You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to KOKO B Kulture’s Headquarters.



Faulty items are only to be given refunds, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will than send you a new item, or will refund you, less your Shipping costs as they are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Payment automatically and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 working days from KOKO B Kulture’s Headquarters.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, sale items are final.



Please note gift vouchers are like cash, if it is lost, there will be no refund given even if the card has not been claimed.
